Scientists tell us that the universe is 2% matter and 98% energy. We generally give a large percentage of our attention to the 2% and are unaware of the 98%. Humans are very complex beings. As well as physical beings, we are also mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic beings. Many ancient energy healing modalities have been enjoying a rebirth into our consciousness. The practice of accupuncture or accupressure from the ancient Chinese is based on the idea that disease is caused by an imbalance or blockage of chi (energy) in our body. Other energy based practices becoming popular are polarity, therapeutic touch, and Reiki. Some of these are even being used in hospitals to aid in patient recovery.

As we move from the Picean to the Aquarian age we are on the brink of an evolutionary leap in consciousness. The vibratory rate of our planet and all that is associated with it is rising. The higher our rate of vibration the less we will resonate with chemical medicine and the less effective it will become. Our renewed interest in energy healing is not a chance occurrence, it is becoming a necessity. One indication of the shift in consciousness I am talking about is the fairly recent fascination with angels. We have known about angels for millennia, why suddenly are they "in"? The veils between the world of spirit and our three dimensional physical world are thinning. More and more people are beginning to have extra sensory experiences and awareness. As with anything new these new awarenesses and experiences can be uncomfortable or even frightening. More than ever before energy healing and spiritual healing is needed to help us move through this unprecedented time of change.

At Rainbow Gardens we have dedicated ourselves to helping manifest Heaven on Earth. We participate in group meditations for peace and healing.

We have found that the most effective tool to help ourselves and others is the energy healing. Helping one person release the pain of one trauma makes it easier for ourselves and everyone to release the pain of similar traumas. That person, healed of that wound, will now allow more of their inner light to shine. Wherever they are, their very presence will allow others to see the possibility of that kind of healing. As we heal ourselves we become a powerful light in the world. We appear separate, but in the Heart of GOD we are all One. When one person heals, we all heal. In tipping the scales between light and darkness, when we take a "pound" from the dark side and move it to the light side we have not changed things by one "pound" but by two.

So what is it like to experience an energy healing? The client generally lies, comfortably on a massage table, fully clothed except for shoes (the healing can be done with client sitting). There may be soft music playing. The healing practitioner will gently place their hands on the client, staying in one place several minutes and then moving their hands to a different location. The client may have a very wide variety of experiences. The most common experience is to feel very relaxed. Often the client will feel the practitioners hands get very warm. Some will experience tingling or sensations of energy moving in their body. Some see different colors of lights with their inner vision, or perhaps receive spiritual messages from their guides and angels. The healing energies have a wisdom of their own, as they emanate from a divine source, so the experience will be whatever is in the highest and best interest of the client. Most people will feel very relaxed and yet energized after a treatment.

For those who wish to learn how to do energy healing we offer many classes. The ancients healed with a balanced system of healing using Reiki, Amanohuna and Earth Energy. At Rainbow Gardens we offer classes in all three to help reestablish this ancient healing tradition. For the beginning classes there are no requirements other than a willingness to learn. No special gifts or spiritual development is necessary to learn to do energy healing. The gifts and spiritual development will come from experiencing the healing energies and using them.
